NON-RESIDENTIAL SINGING WEEKEND
October 4th - 6th 2024

Exciting news! Mouthful are planning to record an album of songs, launching in summer 2025 for our 25th birthday, which will include input from our community of singers. This weekend will be the first opportunity to explore some of that material.
What?
A weekend of singing exploration and adventure, including large and small group singing, a variety of styles, approaches and repertoire. There will be laughter, warmth, togetherness and harmony, with opportunities to perform within a welcoming singing community and a performance from Mouthful. Facilitated by the members of Mouthful with a variety of workshops to choose from (informed by a pre-event questionnaire that we send out to learn more about you and your singing interests). Stocksfield Communty Centre is accessible and delicious vegetarian meals (dinner Friday evening till lunch on Sunday) are provided.
Who?
The weekend will be engaging and inclusive for all adults who want to sing, from those who feel less confident or 'new' to group singing and those who've sung for years.
How Much?
The price is lower this year: £200, by making the weekend non-residential, so you can choose your own level of comfort. A deposit of £50 will secure your booking. If cost is a barrier, please drop us a line to discuss options, as we’d rather have you there than not! Also please talk with us if you'd like flexible payment options. We ask for the full fee to be paid by July 31st 2024.

Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve booked, if you need to cancel for any reason, our cancellation policy is:
Up to 31st Jul = full refund
1st - 30th Aug = 50% refund
After Aug 30th = no refund
To provide a friendly, welcoming, safe space for everyone, we ask you not to attend if you are unexpectedly ill with anything that could be passed on to others. If you are unable to attend due to unexpected illness just before the singing weekend, we’ll offer you the opportunity to defer your place to our next residential / singing event.
